Friendly staff made us feel welcome right away.
Our room was supposed to be non-smoking, but the stale smell of cigarettes was overpowering. We found a blood streak on the wall and dead bugs around the room, unacceptable. The shower was clogged and the toilet was barely secured.

You guys made my stay perfectly pleasant! It was a nice little hotel in a nice enough area, short walk to pontoon beach as well as the police station. The room was outstanding and large, plus the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everything was great, I appreciated that.

The entry doors are manual!!! The towels felt old and dingy, clearly in need of replacement!!! The hot tub was closed and the pool water was uncomfortably cold!!!

Staying with my friends was really fun! We hit up Splash City Family Waterpark and had a great time in the indoor pool back at the hotel. The fitness center was perfect for our morning workouts. Just a reminder, breakfast ends at 9 am, so plan ahead if you want a bite in the morning.
One downside was that some areas felt a bit dated, and it could use a refresh. The hallways had a faint smoke smell, a bit off-putting.

A comfy and quiet hotel, my first choice in Pontoon Beach. Fairly clean property, consistently courteous staff. Updated and cleanroom with the condition and the bathroom, for instance as advertised.

We had a quick stay and the gentleman at the desk was super helpful when we needed to switch rooms due to a heating issue. The indoor pool was a great spot to unwind after a long day, and the breakfast options filled us up nicely. Just a heads up, the hallways had a bit of a smoke smell but it didn't ruin our overall experience! 😊

The room had air conditioning, a microwave, and a private bathroom with a shower. Beds were comfy with nice sheets. I liked having a TV and a seating area. Indoor swimming pool was okay, but the hot tub could use some help. Staff was friendly and quick to help us when needed.
